About the role: Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be partnering and guiding a team of 4 engineers to provide a high-class service to internal stakeholders.
This will entail scheduling of preventative maintenance activities and monitoring corrective backlog to ensure business needs are met.
This position has the primary responsibility for maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure the effectiveness of the Engineering department through workload allocation and control.
The hours for this position are 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours flexible and negotiable) Responsibilities and tasks include: Planning and scheduling all R&M jobs Monitoring and reporting on maintenance backlog Contractor management Assisting with spares management and ordering parts Assigning WO's to trades and tracking progress Liaising with production leaders on scheduling and backlog management Collaborating data and the compilation of reports which will be used to make future improvements About you: Proven experience in maintenance planning/scheduling or a strong trade background with a desire to learn High computer literacy and experience with CMMS Understanding of RCM maintenance principles Familiarity with R&M process development and master data Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations Experience in budgeting and expenditure management Willingness to seek support when needed in a collaborative team environment What we offer: Competitive salary with annual reviews Personal development and training Great discounts on our products Access to discounted health insurance A day off on your birthday Wellness initiatives Access to naturopathic advice from our in-house experts A fun and supportive work environment About Vitaco: Vitaco is home to leading New Zealand and Australian supplements, health food, and sports nutrition brands, including Nutra-Life, Healtheries, Athena, and Musashi, which have been promoting healthier lives in over 30 countries worldwide for over 100 years.
