Qualifications for Machine Tool Operator:
Candidate must have high school diploma and relevant vocational training certificate.
It must have previous experience in mill hand role.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
A mill hand must be physically fit to perform lifting and manual handling tasks.
Responsibilities of Machine Tool Operator:
Candidate must have ability to operate and maintain various types of machinery used in the milling process.
Ability to monitor the machinery to ensure it is running efficiently and safely.
Ensure accuracy of raw ingredients and additives into the manufacturing process to maintain product quality and consistency.
Perform and maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Assisting in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
