We are looking for a motivated Excavator/Loader Operator.
This crucial role involves the safe and efficient operation of our mobile screening plant, excavators, and loaders.
You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring our site is well-organised and orderly.
This role will work alongside our current Team Leader, who is dedicated to supporting our development site in Reporoa, as well as providing assistance to our locations in Nelson and Invercargill.
Our Head Office is located in Invercargill, but we maintain a live connection with our wider team, who are always available to provide support and guidance.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering security and stability.
We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, motivated by measurable results, a self-starter, and a team player who enjoys early mornings.
Key Responsibilities: Operate site plant and equipment including excavators, loaders, and mobile screening plants.
Efficiently load and unload trucks.
Perform minor maintenance on all site equipment, and engage with contractors as required.
Utilize downtime productively by maintaining site cleanliness and completing additional operational tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate: Will hold a current Class 2 license with WTR and F endorsement, with extensive experience operating excavators, loaders, and forklifts.

Prioritises safety.
