Apprentices willing to learn are also encouraged.Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery effectively. Experience with various printing/packaging machines is a plus.Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy.Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks.Must work well in a team and adapt to changing production demands.Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.What We Need:Set up, run, clean, and maintain machines precisely to ensure optimal performance.
