Machine Operator

Key Responsiblities: Responsible for machine operating specifically precision drilling, square and round baling, forager/harvester operating, combine harvesting.
Responsible for daily mechanical and engineering maintenance of machinery.
Working in a team environment with weather pressures, and hours of work to meet customer demands.
Attributes: Must have at least four months experience in a similar role Ability to work in a team environment Positive and self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic Team player who is flexible and comitted to high quality outcomes Excellent communication skills with emphasis on record keeping Ability to follow instructions and ask questions Understands time and has self-management skills On ground experience to understand situations and solutions to see the job done right      Work Related Skills: Minimum of four months experience as a Tractor and Machinery Operator  Tractor and machinery maintenance Operating cultivation equipment Mowing and raking experience Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment Sound decision-making skills under pressure Attention to detail Honesty and reliability Leadership and good people skills Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated On ground expereince to understand situations and solutions to see the job done right Operator experience to assist problem solving and solutions for the client's needs Ability to switch off and create down time when time allows A team player approach with our health and safety systems A full and current driver's licence is required as part of the role
