We are currently hiring for a large, best in class manufacturer in the Milford area seeking reliable, enthusiastic people to join the team. Available Work Schedules: 7am – 7pm, 12 Hour shift. 3-4 days/week, alternating weekends. OR 7pm – 7am, 12 hour shift. 3-4 days/week, alternating weekends. Machine Operator – Molding Machine Responsible for startup, shut down and overall operation of machine. This includes loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers. Ensure a constant supply of parts and materials at all times to avoid delays in production. Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards. Assist in maintaining inventory control. Keep and maintain daily records. Ability to troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement. Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects. Excellent reliability required: excellent attendance and punctuality. Must be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently. Must have some previous manufacturing experience. Must be able to stand for duration of shift and able to lift up to 25lbs.
