Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator on our sub-assembly line, where you'll be responsible for operating machinery to cut and bend pipes for air conditioner manufacturing. Reporting to the Sub-Assembly Line Foreman, this busy, hands-on role includes the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate large and small cutters, Carson bend, and CNC machines for bending
Brase and fabricate sub assembled components when cover is required
Follow job sheets and engineering drawings
Demonstrate and adhere to safe work practices
Inspect components for quality assurance before delivery to the next department
Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as needed
Qualifications:
You will have experience and skillsets in the following:
Experience with machines for pipe work, cutting, and bending
Ability to understand drawings specifying pipe length and diameter
Computer literacy for programming machines
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and dimensions
Strong understanding of safe work practices
Good team player with reliable attendance
