The position has become available only due to internal growth, and we're excited to present it to the market.Main areas of responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Operational Oversight:Drive the LUX rentals strategy in order to further expand the current luxury rental portfolio.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to form relationships with property owners, guests, and team members.Garner an in-depth knowledge of the local rental market & trends affecting high-end holiday home rentals.Tech-savvy, with experience in using property management systems, CRM software, and other digital tools relevant to luxury rental management.Plan, execute and drive organic social media campaigns, including paid advertisements to increase engagement and brand visibility.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships - hold a customer-first mindset, prioritising guest satisfaction as key.Lead and mentor the team to ensure high performance through a culture of excellence.Proactive and adaptable, able to manage unexpected challenges while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.Passionate about luxury living and travel, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to drive growth and enhance the guest experience.Drive brand promotion and campaign activations via digital marketing channels in domestic and international markets.Oversee day to day activities such as enquiries, reservations and guest / VIP check ins as required.Person Specification:Suitable qualification in hospitality, business or similar.Experience within hospitality / luxury sector coupled with a proven management / leadership track record.Solid experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.Valid NZ residency or citizenship.Full driving licence.If you would like to apply for this position, click the APPLY NOW link below.
