You will also be ambitious in managing the venue to grow to its full potential.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Lodge Manager at a Luxury Lodge. As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the luxury lodge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.QualificationsProven experience in hospitality management, preferably in luxury lodges or hotelsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to problem solve and handle guest inquiries and concerns effectivelyKnowledge of health and safety regulations and customer service principlesDegree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
