First-Line Supervisors, Customer Service Role overview As a Luge Supervisor, you'll lead and inspire a dynamic team of 30-60 Luge Operators, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering top-notch customer service.
Your role will involve fostering a positive team culture and driving performance to enhance the overall experience for our customers.
Your efforts will help maximise team performance and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
We're seeking a positive, energetic, and self-motivated individual who is flexible with working hours, as this role involves rostered shifts primarily on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
