)We're looking for a talented LPG Maintenance Lead to help us keep the good energy flowing at Clarus.
This newly created role is responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of all Rockgas maintenance programmes for LPG-related pressure equipment and reticulation networks nationwide.In this interesting and hands-on role, you will ensure maintenance is up to date, provide regular reporting on progress and issues, across both corrective and planned maintenance.
Contractor management is also a key part of this role, along with leading a small talented Christchurch-based team.This role can be based in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch and will require some travel.QualificationsHe aha tau e kawe mai (What you will bring)Along with your relevant trade or tertiary qualification and 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, you will have experience in work management - planning, organising, leading, and controlling maintenance systems.You'll have strong communication and relationship management skills to develop effective working relationships and coaching.Experience in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is important, as is detailed working knowledge of LPG regulations and standards.
