About the role The LPG Logistics Technical Specialist is responsible for enhancing the LPG Logistics functions, including bulk, planning, and fleet to better utilise LPG assets and resources to deliver on the LPG and Retail Strategy. Build trust and bring stakeholders on the development journey. Some of the key responsibilities are:
Enhance LPG logistics functions, including bulk, planning, and fleet, by providing innovative solutions and network designs based on robust methodologies and tools.Extract and analyse logistics data to enable data-driven decision-making on network capacity.Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement logistics development initiatives and manage the change process.Develop and maintain a national logistics scorecard to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.Identify opportunities for improvement across all logistics functions and develop a culture of business and process improvement.Support the wider logistics team, including planning, bulk, and fleet, and perform other related duties as required.This is a permanent, full-time role based out of Hamilton CBD office and some travel to other sites may be required.
About you Diploma in logistics, transport, distribution, or supply chain, or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in operational logistics, transport, or distribution rolesProficiency with logistics planning, optimisation, and asset utilisation toolsStrong stakeholder management skills in industrial, transport, or manufacturing settingsComprehensive knowledge of health and safety practices in logistics environmentsEffective project and change management skillsAbout our benefits At Genesis, we value your wellbeing and your contribution to our team.
