About the role: The LPG Delivery Team Leader is a pivotal role, managing the day-to-day operational performance of an LPG Depot. This includes overseeing a team of Drivers and Fillers to complete efficient and safe delivery of LPG, ensuring that our customers receive best in class service that adheres to all safety processes and regulations.
You will be required to:
Coordinate daily operations of depot staff, including rostering, training, and compliance with safety regulations.Optimize delivery routes and dispatch LPG timely and efficiently while maintaining fleet vehicles.Prepare and manage the on-call roster for emergency responses and handle customer escalations promptly.Oversee depot facilities, stock, vehicle maintenance, and ensure site safety through risk assessments and training.Engage in recruitment, training, and development of team members, conducting regular performance reviews.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their needs and resolving issues effectively.This is a permanent, full-time role based out of our Hamilton Depot in Te Rapa. Your workday would typically begin at 6:00am and conclude in the mid-afternoon.
