Loyalty Programme Lead

Our Performance and Analysis team are looking for a Loyalty Programme Lead to join their team reporting into the Head of Loyalty and Insights.
The purpose of the role is to develop and continuously improve the loyalty programme experience for SkyCity.An influential role responsible for setting the member experience strategy.Key Responsibilities:Develop the delivery roadmap for the loyalty programme for SkyCityHelp build meaningful, concise customer insights and reportingIntroduce a customer-centric mindset to loyalty campaign designReview and develop the loyalty programme brand in line with SkyCity brand strategyMinimum Requirements:5+ years relevant marketing and/or loyalty experience3+ years experience in team managementExperience in managing budgetsMarket research and customer insights experienceWe are passionate about maintaining a strong sense of team, therefore we require someone with drive, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour.
