The Lounge Manager is responsible for a team of Compass Group Lounge Supervisors to drive an engaging service culture that results in a high performing team and delivers an exceptional 'surprise and delight' customer experience.
The role will include; Coaching, training, development, performance and wellbeing.
Sharing the Lounge vision, you will inspire a 'one team' approach to working in the Lounge.
You'll combine leadership strengths with expertise in hospitality and customer experience, bringing the premium Lounge experience to life.
Supporting the Airline Operations client and contract in accordance with the standards agreed by the Compass Group and the client.
A key deliverable is ensuring your contract is compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets and bringing the joint client and Compass Group Vision & Values to life.
you will be an inclusive leader with the ability to form productive relationships with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds, and proven experience in managing successful teams.
You'll have an in depth understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and ability to apply principles, with single site operational experience in a similar role within the industry.
You'll need strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget.
You will also have working knowledge of workplace regulations, including agreement requirements, the ability to identify contract retention and new business opportunities, and thorough comprehension of food hygiene practices.
