We are looking for Casual Lounge Assistants to join our team at the Strata Lounge in Auckland Airport. The hours of work are on an "as and when" required basis, dependent upon business needs.
Reporting to the Lounge Manager, these key roles within the lounge will be responsible for ensuring our highly engaging service culture is translated into outstanding "surprise and delight" moments for our valued customers by providing warm and professional customer service and anticipating/catering to the every need of our guests.
Some of your duties will include:
