If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Loss Prevention Specialist across our Rotorua stores.
You will play a vital role in creating a safe shopping experience for our customers and team. You must be someone who is reliable, communicates efficiently and effectively, and can quickly build trust.
This role is 40 hours a week, working Tuesday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the store stock loss reduction programme
Investigate stock discrepancies and identify loss patterns
Maintain effective processes to prevent/deter theft and fraud
Champion health & safety practices
Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role you'll bring:
Previous security experience
Previous experience in a retail environment
Ability to handle situations calmly and without confrontation
Appreciation for excellent customer service and a safe retail environment
Team player mindset - collaborate with colleagues to reduce loss
Motivation and a can-do attitude
Able to work without supervision
Understand what it means to be flexible in a retail environment
