Loss Prevention Specialist

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Loss Prevention Specialist in our Botany store.
You will play a vital role in creating a safe shopping experience for our customers and team. You must be someone that is reliable, communicates efficiently and effectively, and can quickly build trust.
This role is 40 hours a week, working Tuesday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:Drive the store stock loss reduction programmeInvestigate stock discrepancies and identify loss patternsMaintain effective processes to prevent/deter theft and fraudChampion health & safety practicesSkills and Experience:To be successful in this role you'll bring:
