Do you have prior retail experience and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service?If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Loss Prevention Specialist in our Botany store.You will play a vital role in creating a safe shopping experience for our customers and team. You must be someone that is reliable, communicates efficiently and effectively, and can quickly build trust.This role is 40 hours a week, working Tuesday to Saturday.Key Responsibilities:Drive the store stock loss reduction programmeInvestigate stock discrepancies and identify loss patternsMaintain effective processes to prevent/deter theft and fraudChampion health & safety practicesSkills and Experience:To be successful in this role you'll bring:Previous security experiencePrevious experience in a retail environmentAbility to handle situations calmly and without confrontationAppreciation for excellent customer service and a safe retail environmentTeam player mindset - collaborate with colleagues to reduce lossMotivation and can-do attitudeAble to work without supervisionUnderstand what it means to be flexible in a retail environmentAbout the Company:Briscoe Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a partner of First Foundation, and a proud supporter of Cure Kids.
