The Loss Prevention Manager Role within our stores is a KEY position that will see you lead the store Loss Prevention programme. It is all about having an exceptional loss prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core loss prevention strategies. It revolves around reducing risk through managing a culture of customer service in store - this role is highly customer focused.
Day to day you will be completing action plans, implementing safe work practices, adhering to Health and Safety standards, uncovering internal theft, implementing strategies to prevent theft, and working with the store management team to identify high risk areas.
It is also about: Ensuring the store premises and contents are secure and minimising avoidable stock lossEnsuring our security systems are maintainedDeveloping an effective LP programme to apprehend and deter customer theftMaintaining effective processes to prevent/deter internal theftAssisting Managers / Regional LP Controller with investigationsManagement of loss prevention associate/sWe'll expect you to identify areas and opportunities for improvement, drive a culture of loss prevention through your management of your loss prevention team and the wider store team; by taking the business forward through expert leadership.
So, what else will you need? A proven history of loss prevention management and/or retail operationsStrong communication skills both written and verbalA high-level operator who knows about trends and takes corrective actionThe ability to work autonomouslyGreat organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlinesExperience in retail leadership is preferred as this role is not a sit behind the camera's role, but rather, leads the team from the frontWhy join the Farmers family?
