By doing this, they ensure not only a safe and happy place to shop but also provide the opportunity to minimize risk and prevent loss.Reporting to the National Loss Prevention Manager as the Regional Loss Prevention Controller for our Distribution Centre, you would be joining a highly successful team, implementing core strategies while providing guidance and support to the loss prevention team within.Your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:Protect Farmers' profit by identifying high-risk areas in the supply chain and then implementing strategies to reduce loss.Meet compliance requirements.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Achieve and maintain KPIs.The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of management experience within a retail environment.Sound understanding of retail processes.3-5 years of experience within Loss Prevention.Business acumen and be commercially savvy.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading New Zealand retailer and take your career to the next level.
