In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by: Identifying loss patterns Uncovering potential internal theft Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour Being a health & safety champion Removing opportunities for theft Ensuring a safe and secure store environment. Our Napier store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. Hours wise this role can be flexible for the right candidate. Friday and Saturday are essential though and non negotiable. This role can be full or Part Time  To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will: Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral Be confident and remain calm under pressure Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur  Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers Maintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.
