About the Role Join our dynamic team at the Penrose Distribution Centre, where we are dedicated to breaking barriers to wellbeing. As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in achieving our operational and customer service objectives through the safe, efficient, and cost-effective utilization of site resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for compiling weekly reports against site-determined KPIs and conducting specific site data analysis. This role is designed to support flexible work practices and adaptability to changing business needs.

What You Will Do Safety: Champion OH&S compliance, ensure all incidents are reported, and lead by example in promoting a safe work environment. Contractor Team Management: Align with corporate objectives, review team performance, and contribute to a great workplace. Shift Operations: Guide shift operations to meet KPIs, manage warehouse resources, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Site Administration: Provide administrative support, coordinate with vendors, and manage site supplies. Inbound Management: Maintain inventory targets, manage site resources, and oversee container devanning/loading schedules. Continuous Improvement: Improve productivity, reduce costs, and support cross-functional teams in problem-solving. Who You Are Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with a warehouse management system. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). Experience with systems like Kronos, SAP, WMS, and CHEP. Risk Assessment Training and practical application of H&S principles. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Solution-focused, empathetic, and able to work independently.
