We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Logistics Supervisor to play a pivotal role in overseeing transport and carpark operations throughout the year.
This includes daily organisation of transportation for guests and staff, as well as managing carpark department operations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and licensing for Cardrona's vehicle fleet and rental vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct driver training for staff and maintain relevant records.
Recruit and train carpark and transport personnel.
Develop rosters for the logistics department, ensuring optimal staffing levels within budget constraints.
Collaborate with on-hill mechanics and external providers to ensure regular vehicle checks and maintenance.
Track, arrange, and procure all necessary licences to maintain road legality for the fleet.
What are we looking for?
Possession of a full NZ driver's license is required, with class 2 or p-endorsement preferred.
Experience in successfully coaching and leading teams.
Familiarity with driving in alpine environments.
Good level of physical fitness and ability to work in mountain conditions.
