Logistics Quality Specialist

We are currently looking for a Logistics Quality Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract through to January 2026.
Your key responsibilities include:
Support the management of relationships with 3PL's and Rework resource.
Lead and support 3PL and imported product quality.
Day to day communications and reporting.
Internal & external audit coordination for our warehouse and 3PL network.
Support meaningful complaints investigation.
Lead and support quality improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
Problem solving with a solution focused mindset.
Process driven with the ability to be agile and collaborate across multiple teams.
Technical understanding of Quality, Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
