This position, reporting to the Head of Operations, involves taking charge of the logistics process, overseeing Logistics & Inventory Management comprehensively from production to the final delivery to our valued customers. Purpose of the Role: In close collaboration with vendors, you will be responsible for allocating and distributing the finished product to warehouses, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers. Your role includes building strong relationships, coordinating movements, and monitoring costs in liaison with vendors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Develop a profound understanding of Logistics in NZ and AU. Efficiently manage inward/outward transfers from internal locations. Supervise the performance of our 3PL partners. Offer valuable insights into logistics and freight for business improvement. Conduct inventory analysis and propose enhancements. Effectively manage FCL exporting/importing to Australia and other destinations. About You: Exceptional communication skills. Effective execution of strategic objectives. Process-oriented mindset. Customer demand-focused approach. Strong analytical skills. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
