Freight/Cargo Forwarding (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, methodical and motivated Logistics Customer Service focused liaison, to join our Supply Chain team to support our rapid growth. This is a replacement full-time, permanent position.

You will want to thoroughly take ownership of your role. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be focused on customer-relations, sales orders, shipping co-ordination, forecasting and inventory control, freight management, and completion of all related documentation for both local and export markets. You will also work closely with the Production Planner to meet market demand and oversee inventory levels throughout New Zealand.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required, in liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure customer expectations of order deliveries are met with 100% accuracy, and in a timely manner.
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and Excel spreadsheets, as well as the ability to self-navigate and adapt to new software applications are a must. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, this role will support the rest of the Supply Chain team in their functions.
