ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a full-time role in the warehouse. You will monitor supply chains and shipments, engage in regular communication with clients, ensure timely schedules for client orders, maintain accurate and consistent records, address errors to promote client satisfaction, and manage inventory databases. You will coordinate timely and accurate shipments, ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents, identify and fix shipping errors, oversee production timelines, and receive orders to add to inventory.
ABOUT YOUOur ideal candidates will have previously worked in freight forwarding or a logistics warehouse environment role. You will likely be someone who has the following skills:
Excellent time management and organisational skillsForklift licence a requirementComfort using common management software, such as CargoWise, Carton Cloud, and SAPHealth & Safety focusedThinks outside the box and will use your initiativeAttention to detailA team player with the ability to work well under pressureExcellent communication; verbal & writtenIntermediate level in Microsoft Word and ExcelPro-active and resourcefulMust be able to take ownership & multitaskMust be professional, well-mannered and have a sense of humourMPI, AP accreditation would be a bonusATF and RACA understanding would be ideal
