ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a locally owned and operated international freight forwarding company providing global transport and supply chain solutions. They pride themselves on high service levels backed by experienced staff. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time role in the warehouse. You will monitor supply chains and shipments, engage in regular communication with clients, and ensure timely schedules for client orders. Your responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate and consistent records Addressing errors to promote client satisfaction Managing inventory databases Coordinating timely and accurate shipments Ensuring accuracy of orders and shipping documents Identifying and fixing shipping errors Overseeing production timelines Receiving orders and adding to inventory ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidates will have previously worked in freight forwarding or a logistics warehouse environment role. You will likely possess the following skills: Excellent time management and organisational skills Forklift licence (a requirement) Comfort using common management software, such as CargoWise, Carton Cloud, and SAP Health & Safety focused Thinks outside the box and will use your initiative Attention to detail A team player with the ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication; verbal & written Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel Pro-active and resourceful Must be able to take ownership & multitask Must be professional, well-mannered and have a sense of humour MPI, AP accreditation would be a bonus ATF and RACA understanding would be ideal Always wondered why you hear about your dream job after it's gone?
