You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight processes. This will involve:Tracking and monitoring freight shipments to ensure on-time deliveryInvestigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with carriers and suppliersProviding clear and effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders regarding freight status and updatesAccurately loading sales orders into the system and verifying freight invoicesMonitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to freight deliveriesYou will need to demonstrate:Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems is essentialAbility to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolutionCustomer-oriented with a strong work ethicSelf-motivated and results-orientedPositive attitude with excellent interpersonal skillsUncompromising attitude toward health and safetyThis is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
