Their team is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and building lasting relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesAs a Logistics and Purchasing Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers. You will support and coordinate logistics operations, oversee inventory levels, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the supply chain operations. This is a temporary role covering parental leave and the hours and days are flexible between 20 – 30 hours per week.Your Role Will IncludeManage and coordinate the delivery of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to track deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels.Support with stock take and cycle counting.Provide administration support to the wider operations team.To succeed in this role you will be/have:Previous experience in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.High level of attention to detail and be good with numbers.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with MS Dynamic and Excel.In return you will receive:Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment that encourages collaboration.Work-life balance with flexibility with days and hours.Competitive hourly rate and a chance to be part of a large national company.How to Apply:Please contact Amy Nicholson on 021 323 273 or press the Apply for this job button.
