Key Duties: Ensuring products are delivered on time.Receiving and processing orders from Suppliers.Communicating with Suppliers, freight companies and warehouses.Responding to phone and email enquiries.Updating and maintaining inventory control system, ensuring stock level accuracy and performing stock takes.Issuing of stock to SubcontractorsEnsuring all documentation is available for customs clearance.Managing, compiling, and processing all import documentation, including customs and quarantine paperwork.Oversee import documentation, clearance processes, and handle escalations for customs-related queries.Processing and coordinating import FCL's, LCL.Liaising with overseas offices for required documentation.Cargo delivery arrangement.Sending out arrival notices.Manage all waste collection and removal from site.
