About us Azur Lodge is located just minutes from Queenstown in Sunshine Bay, on a private gated estate. With a main Lodge and only 9 Villas, our services include daily Breakfast, afternoon tea and Predinner Drinks and Canapes and soon to be evening dinner service. Our Lodge Hosts are exceptional Front of house members of the team, responsible to meet and greet the guests, offer assistance whether it be checking in or out, and all services in between expected at a 5* level of service.

Qualifications & experience Minimum 2 years experience Demonstrated ability to excel in Customer serviceFood and Beverage experience necessaryPreferred DM Certificate Tasks & responsibilities As a senior member of the team, the Lodge Host is responsible for ensuring 5* star service when hosting pre dinner drinks and canapes, is able to communicate with staff and guests alike and ensure an outstanding experience at all timesTo bring passion and energy to the role as a Duty Manager, you understand team dynamics, delegation and team training.The evening tasks range from daily chores and tasks being completed and room service as required. Transferring guests to and from town as per town transfer schedule is essential part of the role so you must have valid drivers license.Ensuring guests needs are a priority.
