Mo te tunga - About the Role
As an experienced practitioner, you will beproviding dental therapy to our tamariki / children.
You'll be working from brand new hospital dentalclinics and at community school settings (mobiles) and with children and theirwhanau / family.
You will have the opportunityto work with diverse patient groups, managing a wide variety of oral healthproblems. You need to be a reflective practitioner who embraces innovation andadvances in clinical practice and will enjoy working in a team alongside otherskilled DTs / OHTs and Dental Assistants.
Some travel within the region may be required.
The position requires from you a minimal of amonth's commitment. Te Tai o PoutiniWest Coast will provide your travel and accommodation.

Participate in team meetings, in-service trainingand quality improvements as required

Registration with the NZ Dental Council and current Annual PracticingCertificate
Recent clinical experience as a DentalTherapist / Oral Health Therapist
Current driver's licence
Ability to communicate across ourmultidisciplinary teams
Excellent time management skills
Self-motivated and demonstrates a drive andenergy to problem solve
An Understanding of IT, PMS experience e.g.Titanium is essential.
