Locality Assistant - Permanent, Part Time at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Waitemata, AucklandPermanent, Part Time (0.8 FTE)Medicine and Health of Older PeopleAllied Health Community and Outpatient ServicesOur dynamic multi-disciplinary team provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech language therapy, dietetics, district nursing and social work assistance to Rodney adult clients with health or disability needs.
We currently have a permanent, part-time Locality Assistant position available based in Warkworth. You will be required to learn the range of skills necessary to support the Community clinicians in their roles, in particular providing customer-focused interdisciplinary therapy and district nursing support including managing equipment and nursing supplies as well as participating in ongoing training and supervision.
The position involves working with people in the community.
