Job Overview:

Humrahe is seeking enthusiastic Local Tour Guides (Rahes) across multiple cities in New Zealand! Turn your passion for your city into a flexible and rewarding career. As a Local Tour Guide, you'll lead personalized tours, share your city's culture and history, and create unforgettable memories for travelers. No prior experience is necessary—just a love for storytelling and a deep knowledge of your city.

Job Responsibilities:

Design Custom Tours: Create tailored itineraries that showcase your city's highlights, from iconic landmarks to hidden gems.

Lead Immersive Experiences: Guide small groups on engaging tours, sharing stories and insights that captivate and educate.

Deliver Outstanding Service: Prioritize guest satisfaction, ensuring every traveler has a memorable experience.

Adapt and Innovate: Be flexible and creative, responding to the unique interests and needs of your guests.

Share Local Insights: Offer unique recommendations and insider tips that enrich the travel experience.

Requirements:

No experience required; individuals from different backgrounds are encouraged to apply as long as you have a passion for travel and tourism.

Deep passion for your city and its culture.

Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Fluent in English; multiple languages are a plus.

Ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of travelers.

Flexibility in working hours.

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Compensation:

The local tour guide (Rahe) will be compensated after each tour, based on the size of the group and the duration of the tour.
