You will be working closely with our BDM and Adviser referral network contributing to the timely assessment and delivery of new and existing quality lending. Supported by our experienced credit, lending, and sales teams, no two days will be the same and there will be plenty of on-the-job development opportunities.What You'll Be DoingPreparing and analysing lending applications in accordance with our lending policy, standard operating procedures and within delegated authority.Obtaining information for lending applications, property inspections and prospective borrowers.Working closely with the BDM's contributing to the effective management of the lending book.About YouYou will be naturally curious and possess:A keen interest in understanding the technical requirements for property, construction and development lending - we can help you out!An analytically savvy skillset – this is a must.A customer-centric way about you.Drive to be a team player who thrives on collaboration.Relevant tertiary qualification and/or previous experience in the Financial Services Industry (property, insurance, etc.).We are proud of our bold employee value proposition (EVP) "there is nowhere else our people would rather be" and we are going to great lengths to continuously deliver on our promise to the team.
