Working within a team of 10, you will help support our mortgage advisers who assist customers obtain mortgage finance and deal with a wide range of banks and lending institutions.
The role is varied and your duties will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the management of daily tasks to help assist the Mortgage Advisers with all loan applications Managing CRM maintenance of client records Pre-screening documents Monitoring renewal of Pre Approval expiries and the 'fixed rate' rollovers Monitoring the Annual Reviews Checking final loan structure and settling loans Packaging and processing all loan applications All client, lender, valuer, solicitor liaison from interview to settlement Ongoing client service and database management Obtaining fixed rate roll over pricing and liaising with clients on processing the same (in conjunction with the Mortgage Adviser) Post settlement and on-going client management programme Completing required insurance referrals Producing marketing material as required Key skills and attributes include: Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines High degree of work accuracy Sound computer abilities Team Player Express your interest through our online application form.
