Livestock Marketing Assistant and Administrator Published: 15/08/2024 Job Location: Cambridge / New Zealand Carrfields Livestock is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Based in Cambridge this is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong administrative background, proficiency in digital tools, and a keen interest in the agricultural sector.
You will assist our Livestock Management and Representatives with their seasonal marketing requirements.
Additionally in this role, you will work closely with our Office Administrators to ensure effective, prompt, and reliable administration support, particularly in processing livestock sales, both on-farm and at our saleyards.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support: Create and update design assets (flyers, digital creations) using Canva, manage social media content, and assist with online sales information.Attend sales and on-farm auctions to support the administration teamProcess livestock sales, NAIT transfers, and auction sales using SaleG8, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Key Skills Required for this Role Include:Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, social media management, and Canva design software.Experience in administration with strong organisational and time management skills.
