Live In Couple Duty Manager

Are you a hospitality couple, with at least one Duty Manager Certificate between you?
The Vulcan Hotel is looking to hire a Duty Manager for the upcoming summer season.
If you are ready for a season of work in an iconic and beautiful area of Central Otago in a business that is growing and building a fantastic reputation in the local area, then this is the opportunity for you.
This job will suit a couple with experience in the hospitality industry.
Start times are flexible, although we are ideally looking for start dates in September/early October so that you are fully prepared and ready for what will be a busy summer period.
We are a small team, and everyone jumps in to get the job done, so a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic is desirable.
We offer subsidised accommodation for the right couple - $150 a week.
This is located less than a two-minute walk from the pub in a shared house with two other rooms.
Hourly rate will be between $26-28 per hour, and the ability to save a high proportion of your wages here is unmatched due to the remote location, the meal on shift, and the subsidised rental cost.
Please note that the wage rate will be between $24-25 for no Duty Manager Certificate.
We will consider candidates who have a valid LCQ and are willing to obtain a Duty Manager Certificate.
