Live Chat Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

NRG Energy is seeking a dedicated and independent Live Chat Specialist to work from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Live Chat Specialist will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills, as well as have the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures at all times

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting- Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools- Availability to work part-time hours as needed- Visa sponsorship and permanent residency in NZ
