**Job Description:**

PBF Energy is seeking a motivated and skilled Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer service team in Dunedin, Otago. As a Live Chat Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while representing PBF Energy's values and commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Problem Resolution:** Analyze customer issues to provide appropriate solutions, escalating matters as necessary to higher-level team members or departments.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of PBF Energy's products and services to assist customers effectively and promote brand loyalty.
- **Data Management:** Accurately log all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all information is updated and detailed for future reference.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and report customer feedback to management to assist in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- **Collaboration:** Work alongside team members in a cooperative and supportive manner to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- **Innovation:** Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes, suggesting new ideas and enhancements where appropriate.
- **Quality Assurance:** Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions and comply with company policies and procedures.
- **Training Participation:** Attend regular training and development sessions to stay current on product updates and industry best practices.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written communication skills with a clear and confident tone; ability to convey information succinctly and effectively.
- **Personality Traits:**

- **Confident:** Self-assured and able to make decisions quickly, providing customers with accurate information and guidance.
