As a part-time position, the Live Chat Officer will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold ADM's values. --- **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Engagement:** Monitor and respond to live chat inquiries from customers, ensuring timely and effective communication. Maintain a customer-focused approach, aiming to resolve issues and answer questions to enhance customer satisfaction. - **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Utilize problem-solving skills and diplomacy to manage challenging situations effectively. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of ADM's product offerings and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. - **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback during chat sessions, track recurring issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to suggest improvements. - **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. Assist in documenting FAQs and best practices for internal reference. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to share insights from customer interactions and support promotional campaigns. - **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in live chat support. - **Project Management:** Assist in managing special projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. --- **Requirements:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably with live chat support experience. - **Personality Traits:** - **Driven:** A strong desire to succeed and excel in all tasks undertaken, with a focus on achieving goals and targets. - **Resilient:** Ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. - **Soft Skills:** - **Project Management:** Experience or understanding of project management principles to assist in managing tasks effectively. - **Persuasion:** Ability to influence customers positively and guide them toward appropriate solutions or product offerings. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM tools.
