Live Chat Manager - Work From Home

Job Description: Code Avengers is seeking a highly experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing accurate information - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, monitoring their performance and providing feedback for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat process and improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a live chat management role - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Benefits: - Free accommodation for remote work - Retirement plan - Company-provided equipment Working Environment: At Code Avengers, we prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.
