**Job Overview:**
As a Live Chat Associate at Kathmandu Holdings, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication. **Requirements:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment.

- Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, tone, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software programs, including chat platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, particularly in a remote working environment.
