Ingredion is seeking a talented and resourceful Live Chat Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is remote and will be based in Nelson, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and motivation. As a Live Chat Associate, your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues, as well as working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. To excel in this role, you must have strong project management skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. As a remote worker, you must also be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this position. In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with various software and CRM systems, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
