Live Chat Associate

Job Description:Union Pacific is looking for a passionate and reliable Live Chat Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat interactions with customers. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Utilize decision-making skills to handle complex customer situations effectively.5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong decision-making abilities.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.5. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software.6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.7. Reliable and dependable work ethic.8. High school diploma or equivalent.
