Ensure clear communication and follow-up on customer queries until resolution. - **Problem Resolution**: Troubleshoot a variety of customer concerns, providing solutions and alternatives as appropriate, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. - **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Clorox's products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information. - **Documentation and Reporting**: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Prepare reports on common issues and trends to help improve customer service processes. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to share knowledge and provide consistent support.
