Live Chat Assistant

Job description: Ameriprise Financial is currently seeking a full-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat communication in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers- Contribute to team goals and overall customer satisfaction Requirements:- Independent and able to work effectively without direct supervision- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with others- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and accuracy Personality traits: Independent, reliableSoft skills: Teamwork, adaptability Benefits include profit sharing, employee discounts, and travel & spending expenses.
