We have great facilities, a well-considered curriculum, and a team of qualified and experienced teachers who love what they do.
We're currently looking for an exceptional non-certificated kaiako to join our relief team!
We believe our environment, influenced by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, empowers our akonga to feel protected, calm, safe and secure while fostering a platform for movement, fun, curiosity, discovery, risk taking, and growth.
We recognise the value of free play as 'child's work' to embed the knowledge and skills for life and inspire a life-long love of learning.
We aspire to enhance the mana of every child, and their sense of themselves as an independent, competent, capable learner & communicator.
We encourage continuous growth and ongoing learning for our kaimahi, tamariki and whanau through the sharing of knowledge, stories, and wisdom, so they can learn sustainable practices and engage respectfully with Papatuanuku & the wider world.
We support participation in an inclusive, welcoming environment where diversity, individuality, respect & resilience are empowered and reflected in our practice and learning community.
We offer special cultural events, family gatherings and work closely with whanau.
We would love to welcome someone with a passion for young children's learning and the ability to plan exciting and engaging activities, who is resilient, has an open to learning mindset and fun, to work alongside a strong, long-standing team.
What we're looking for in you: You have experience working with children.
